The next day they reached out sending a tech who diagnosed the issue. I can't attest to major work done bc my unit is fried, though I can express how great the personality was on the phone, the followup on their part, and doing everything to fit me in and did. Chris (owner) promptly called me and came out to my home to inspect. He gave us a "very" reasonable quote and his guys actually STARTED WORKING ON THE DAY AND TIME HE PROMISED. To no surprise they were just as professional as Chris and replaced our entire AC unit in under 4 hours (UNREAL). No messes left behind and other than the new unit, my garage and backyard were left exactly the way it was before the guys showed up.The best part is that because we were in such bad shape with a house hovering at 86 degrees, Chris brought us his portable AC unit to use until they could come out and replace the AC unit.I would highly recommend Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone in need of an honest, thorough and professional AC contractor. read less

He did point out that the newer units were more energy efficient. Honesty and communication are great things to have and hard to come by these days but this company has it all. Chris even let me borrow a temporary AC unit until they replaced mine. The work completed was very solid and appeared as if they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and the overall price seemed fair. I am very happy with my experience. After waiting 5 hours for a return phone call and the technician showing up 3 hours late he tells me that it is working fine and leaves. The next day ( after a sweaty night) I call Absolute Air. They person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and told me a tech would be out in a few hours and that she would call before he comes. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem ( clogged drain ), fixed it and was done in about 1 hour. My only small complaint was the attitude of the techs that fixed it. They are not very friendly, but they did fix it for a reasonable price. read less
